How to Submit a Support Ticket Print

Need help with your Bragghost hosting, websites, domains, billing, or anything else? Submitting a support ticket gets your issue into the hands of our support team efficiently. This guide shows you how.

1) Login to Bragghost.com.

2) Click the Open Ticket button after logging in.

3) Choose the area where you need help. Picking the right category helps us route your issue faster.

In this example, we are going to click Technical Support.

Fill in all required fields, including:

  • Subject / short description of your issue

  • Detailed description of what you’re trying to do, what you’ve already tried, and any error messages

  • Relevant attachments (screenshots, logs) if applicable

4) Click Submit once you’ve filled all the information. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue.

  • Q: What if I don’t get a confirmation email?
    Check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still don’t see one, reach out via another support channel (live chat / phone).

  • Q: Can I reopen a closed ticket?
    Usually yes—just reply to the ticket or open a new one referencing the old ticket number.
