Your Bragghost account settings let you manage the information we have on file—your contact name and email, how we reach you (invoices, messages), security details, payments, and more. It’s a good idea to keep them current so you don’t miss important notices or invoice reminders.
The following steps explain how to change your account details.
1) Login to your Bragghost Client Area.
2) In the top right corner, hover over where it says "Hello, Your First Name" and select Account Details.
3) On the next page, you can edit your payment method, credit card details, contacts, users, account security, and change your account password. You are also able to view all invoices and email messages sent to you from Bragghost, via email history. These options are also accessible in the dropdown menu as shown in the image above.
4) If you would like to change the Name or Email Address on the account, you can do so in account details. Note: This only changes the name and email address that is registered to the account.
5) If you would like to change your name as it appears when logged in, hover over where it says "Hello, Your First Name" and select Your Profile.
6) Select save changes when done.

Q: I changed my email but didn’t receive a verification email
It may take a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it after 30 minutes, open a support ticket and we’ll resend. -
Q: I updated my payment method but the old card is still on the next invoice
New payment methods usually take effect for upcoming invoices—charges already issued won’t change. -
Q: I changed my name, but invoices still show old name
Invoice records for past invoices remain unchanged; new invoices should reflect updated name details.
