All websites created with Website Builder must be self-hosted. This means you need an active web hosting plan and an FTP account to publish your site.
If your Website Builder was included with your hosting plan, we’ll handle the connection automatically. No action is needed — your site will publish when you're ready.
If your Website Builder was purchased as a separate add-on or as a standalone service, a manual connection is required. We'll link your hosting account to the Website Builder using FTP credentials.
How to Connect Your Hosting to the Website Builder
- Submit a support ticket through your Bragghost account.
- In the ticket, include the domain name and any relevant details so we can identify your hosting account.
- Our team will configure the FTP publishing credentials for you.
Once connected, you’ll be able to publish your site directly from the builder.
